Many people (like you and me) have had the painful experience of being out of control with food.  We talk about “inhaling” it and kind of “waking up” after it’s all gone. We didn’t get to enjoy the experience, but we DO get to pay for it.  That’s kind of a lose-lose all around, don’t you think?

  1. This is very informative, and is actually new to many of us here living in a 3rd world country like ours, Philippines. We just eat what is only set before us on the table. Few rich people maybe are aware about emotional eating, and may have been practicing what has been taught and stated. This is a very good site. It is educational, helpful, and healthy. I believe that most developing countries are already conscious about right food to eat, ingredients to use and its alternative, importance of herbs/fruits/ vegetables, and of course right budget for marketing and groceries. But then, it is a sad fact that our world is populated with poor people who only depends on their small pockets. This simply tells us that most of us are emotional eaters, yet never ever realize that we are. We need you!
